If you want a legal marriage as part of one of our packages we can perform it, please look at Legal Marriage Info to get the cost and documentation you may need.  Marriages that take place in Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit are legally binding and recognized everywhere. Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit requirements for Mexico citizens and non-Mexico citizens are the same.
For residents outside of Mexico, we strongly suggest that couples check with their local government office for specific instructions regarding legal recognition in their respective country.

Our packages are based on symbolic ceremonies performed by a experienced english spoken minister. Symbolic wedding in Mexico, you need to arrive 3 business days before your ceremony, 4 days for a legal ceremony, and your arrival day counts as day 0.

Your legal fees, such as the counsel and translation costs are not included in your wedding package. Our wedding coordinator will help you with the legal arrangements. After your legal ceremony, you will get your marriage license.

Legal Partnership: Community property is property owned by the couple in a marriage in equal shares. Any property that the couple acquires once they have married, belongs in equal proportion to both, regardless of which of the two has acquired them.

Marital Partnership: In this system the assets of both spouses form a single estate, common to both, which is administered by the husband. This includes both the assets that each person had before getting married and what they acquire during the union.  THEY SHOULD GO TO THE NOTARY PUBLIC AND MAKE MARRIAGE AGREEMENTS WITH PUBLIC DEED NUMBER.

Separation of Assets: is a marital property regime that consists of the fact that during its validity each spouse manages his or her own assets, but both must contribute to the common home.
